Buyer Referrals
We pay 30% referral for buyers when your client has been pre-approved for financing and a 25% referral if they have not been pre-approved with a direct lender. We do not originate or broker mortgage loans. If financing is needed, we will provide a list of local lenders that can assist them directly and treat them with the respect that they deserve. If your client is looking for REO property (Bank owned Homes), Government repo homes or other foreclosed property, we fell that we are the Valley's most experienced REO brokerage. Our agents represent many lenders in selling their real estate assets and have direct knowledge of the REO process.
Seller Referrals
Know of a seller in our area? We will pay 25% for your seller referral (Excluding "short sales"). Short sale referrals are compensated based on many factors. Please call us to discuss your client's situation. Our marketing includes realtor.com (Featured and Showcase Homes), trulia.com, postlets.com, craigslist.com, homes.com, homeseekers.com and many others. Simply put, no one in the valley can offer more exposure! We are Members of many MLS boards and list each property in the SOCAL MLS and the MRMLS systems.
